These Terms govern your use of the BENERAX Shopify App and related services provided by BENERAX LLC ("BENERAX", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App helps merchants discover trending products, prepare them with AI, and draft them into their Shopify store. Products prepared by the App are created as drafts; you are responsible for reviewing and publishing them. The App does not publish products live to your storefront automatically.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing every product before publishing it, including its content, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws and Shopify's policies.
• You must have the right to sell the products you choose to list.
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders and for your relationship with your suppliers and customers.

3. Billing

The App is offered on a subscription basis (a free trial followed by a paid plan). Billing is processed through Shopify under Shopify's billing terms. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access to paid features at the end of the period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate Shopify's policies or applicable law.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BENERAX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of the App, your product choices, or your supplier and customer relationships.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
